FABRIIX

Shirley Pellicer

« Let me tune the ambient noise. Like a sound engineer, I command and overdrive my own algo-rhythmic models to strip away market distortion.

I sample raw intelligence by hand, directly on the ground. I cross-examine everything and everyone — from landowners to night sweepers — extracting data where public scrapers yield zero results. My validation process is strictly empirical, manual, and forensic. I absorb it all, analyse, synthetize, and deliver it to you, in the most rigorous way possible — all while staying cool, under the Spanish sun. »

THE FOUNDER

FABRIIX was forged at the intersection of heavy infrastructure, global mobility, and technological disruption.

The daughter of a railroad builder and an airline booking agent, our founder was raised inside the literal mechanics of physical engineering, spatial transformation, and global hospitality. Having lived across four continents and spent a lifetime traveling the world, she possesses an intuitive, global fluency in how geography, culture, and capital collide.

Before focusing onto advanced web systems and AI, she spent over 20 years engineering global marketing, trend forecasting, and location scouting for the world’s most elite luxury institutions. Her career began with the launch of Christian Dior in Puerto Banús (Spain), progressed through the plush executive halls of Givenchy Haute Couture, and spanned international market expansions across Tokyo, New York, and London—where she served as Creative Manager directing the full digital infrastructure for Harrods. A former luxury marketing academic and program director for ISG Luxury Geneva, her insights have shaped global brands from Paris fashion houses to institutional American names like Benjamin Moore.

Her operational execution combines the relentless physical precision of a former professional ballerina—who performed on stages like Salle Pleyel in Paris, at age nine—with the sharp backend logic of an AI programmer, web architect, and global digital strategist.

Today, she operates from Málaga, Southern Spain—just miles from the Puerto Banús shoreline where her trajectory began. Stripping away corporate boilerplate and filtering out market noise, she programs the backend systems that turn ordinary real estate assets into high-yield, iconic global destinations.
